Our team members have wide experience in undertaking general civil litigation, criminal litigation and commercial litigation before various courts in Zambia, including the Subordinate Courts, the High Court, the Constitutional Court, the industrial relations court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

The team has been involved in mediation and arbitration matters in Zambia and has successfully settled the majority of the disputes. The members have actively represented many of the leading companies in Zambia.
